THE FOUNDER

Gregg Thomas has spent decades operating at the intersection of restaurant growth, financial leadership, and governance.

He co-led the National Restaurant Practice at a top-five global accounting firm and has served as chairman and audit committee chair of a NYSE-listed company, working directly with CEOs, boards, lenders, and investors through periods of growth, transition, and complexity.

Across all of it, the highest-value contribution was consistent:
helping leadership teams and boards make better decisions.
